We want you to love your Pokémon apparel as much as a rare holographic pull, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags. Please note that for security and authenticity, we cannot accept returns on opened booster packs or individual trading cards.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed, unworn garments in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
